Returns and Exchanges
If your Mister & Muse item is faulty we will gladly provide a refund minus shipping costs, in the form of a store credit. If your item does not fit we will happily exchange your item for a more suitable size.
Items must be unworn and returned within 14 days of purchase. Mister & Muse reserves the right to refuse a product exchange or refund that does not meet these requirements.
Items must be returned with a ‘Reply Paid’ satchel included so we can ship your new item out to you. Once the item being exchanged and the satchel are received, we will them post your new item.
A store credit to the value of the item originally purchased will be issued upon return of goods. Varying transaction fees occur with every order placed, including refunds, so we are not able to issue credit card refunds.
